UltraCPA has established quality control system for its professional practice. Our quality control policies and procedures are designed to ensure that our practice conducted is in compliance with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)’s Interim Quality Control Standards, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)’s Statements on Quality Control Standards, the membership requirements of AICPA’s SEC Practice Section, and any other applicable regulations.
